Krishan und sein Team sind unglaublich freundlich, professionell und kennen sich bestens mit der Tierwelt und dem Nationalpark aus. Ich konnte dank ihrer Expertise viele Tiere sehen, darunter Nashörner, Elefanten und Krokodile. Auch die Planung war top: klare Kommunikation, faire Preise und flexible Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten je nach Interesse. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Respekt für die Natur gearbeitet wird. Dank Krishan hatte ich eine wundervolle Zeit in Chitwan, die ich nie missen werde. Danke! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The bird guide was amazing—you can tell he LOVES what he does. He was super responsible and knows Chitwan National Park like the back of his hand. We walked about 17km, saw 40+ bird species, and even rhinos! Afterwards, the guide sent us a really pro bird list in a DOCX file. Very impressed! Keep up the great work! Hope this company gets huge! of course you can also customize the trip (like adding a canoe ride for water birds), which will be easy and great.

I initially joined the tour knowing he was a safari specialist, but during the trip, I learned that he is also an experienced trekking and climbing guide. Although the schedule was short, he recommended the Pikey Peak trek, and I was able to join him. Throughout the trek, he showed a high level of expertise and professionalism. I also enjoyed hearing his explanations about plants, birds, and the natural environment along the way, which made the journey even more interesting and meaningful. Due to unexpected natural disasters, I had difficulties with my return schedule, but he did his best to help resolve the situation. His responsibility and dedication were truly impressive, and I am very grateful for his support during that time. If I visit Nepal again, I would love to join a birdwatching tour in Chitwan or another safari tour after trekking. He is a knowledgeable, caring, and highly professional guide that I can sincerely recommend.

Wij hebben een fantastische kano tour van 4u gedaan met Kishan. Hij is heel vriendelijk, gepassioneerd en weet enorm veel over de prachtige fauna en flora in Chitwan. Hij leerde ons veel bij en we hadden vele interessante gesprekken. Het boeken van de tour ging zeer vlot, waarvoor we dankbaar zijn. Moesten we langer in Chitwan zijn, zouden we meerdere activiteiten met/bij hem boeken. Boek hier als je op zoek bent naar een tour die persoonlijk en op maat is, en waarbij natuur en dier op de eerste plaats komen.

We visited Sauraha unplanned because of free time between mountain treks and without much expectations we decided to spend a few days there. We went through a few tour agencies and finally chose Jungle Book Safari because of honest and professional approach of the owner, who was able to come up with a custom itinerary fitting to our time frame and arranged everything we needed, including permits to the park. We got Chudamani and Ramesh as our guides and after initial fear of tigers, we quickly started to feel safe with them. It was very obvious that they really love their job and they have all the knowledge about local biodiversity. Any question we asked they answered with ease and it was genuine pleasure to be in their company. It's was our first jungle experience and we absolutely enjoyed it!

I recently had a wonderful experience with Jungle book Safari and tours. They gave me lots of information and options to help me get the most out of my time in chitwan.  All of the activities I did including jungle walk, jungle cycle(my favourite) and a jeep safari were perfect for what I wanted. Tolle Tour im chitwan Nationalpark. Wir haben eine Kombination aus Kanutour, Walking Safari und Jeep Safari gebucht. Die Guides war n hervorragend. Insbesondere bei der Walking Safari wurde jede Frage mit Fachwissen über das Gebiet beantwortet. Wir haben uns zu jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir haben sehr viele Tiere gesehen. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Great time with these guys! Kishan and his brother are genuine people who do all that they can to make your time in the park a memorable one. They can modify your tour if you have specific animals you'd like to try to see or things you rather do. Kishan and his guide were very knowledgeable and have all grown up in Sauraha, so are very close to these lands. Support their small but passionate tour company for a great experience at Chitwa.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Kishan! We hebben drie safari dagen gehad waarbij we met de jeep, kano en te voet Chitwan hebben verkend. Kishan heeft veel kennis van de vogels en de dieren die in de jungle leven en we voelde ons altijd veilig! Er ging altijd een ervaren ranger mee waardoor geen enkele vraag over de natuur onbeantwoord bleef. Echt een aanrader!

The guides,Ramu and Shiva Chaudhary (from left to right in the photo), were exceptional. Not only did they make us laugh and explain the history of this sumptuous park, but we were the only ones to get out of the jeep and follow their intuition to spot the sloth bear.

I had an amazing time exploring Chitwan NP with Jungle Book Safari. I went on the full day jungle walk with 1hr canoe, the guides were so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the jungle plants and animals. I then did two days of bird watching with Kishan. He was a fantastic guide helping me learn to identify the birds as well as teaching me about the local Tharu culture. I definitely recommend using Jungle Book Safari and Tours when visiting Sauraha!

Wir hatten den 8-stündigen Dschungelwalk mit Bootfahrt im Park mit 2 guten Guides zu einem fairen Preis. Wir waren sogar mehr als 10 Stunden unterwegs und sahen mehr Tiere als andere Gruppen. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich eine private 3- stündige Bootsfahrt plus Rücktransfer mit Jeep zum Hotel individuell auf meinen Zeitplan abgestimmt. Ich kann den Jungle- Book Safari- Service für Chitwan-Besucher jeden Alters nur empfehlen!

I experienced a Safari with Kishan guide, he was very friendly and loves wild life. Thus, his explanations were very interesting. I saw, bear, deers, crocodiles, monkeys, birds and others ... I only missed the tiger, but for sure I will come back to meet him. I warmly recommend The jungle Book Safari and tours.

We had an incredible experience at Chitwan National Park thanks to Kishan and the team. From the start, he provided us with a great package that maximized our time and ensured we made the most of our visit. His passion for wildlife really shone through during the Safari, and was very knowledgeable. During our stay, we encountered unexpected floods, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. We had a great 3 days of activities with Kisan of Jungle Book Safari and Tour, it was reasonably priced, very well organised and personalised to our preferences (including changing the itinerary during our trip because we enjoyed the Canoe Safari so much). Kisan, the gentleman who runs Jungle Book Safari and Tours is a lovely person and a truly superb nature guide. His experience and skill in this challenging environment was very evident right from the start, he has an astounding knowledge of all the animals, birds and plants in the area. We saw a great variety of animals and birds during our trip thanks to Kisan and his colleague’s skill. Honestly, we barely would have seen anything without them pointing it out. They had an unbelievably ability to hear and see animals concealed in the jungle tapestry. Normally we would book everything ourselves when travelling to save money, but we let Kisan organise everything as he was able to get us a much cheaper rate at the hotel we wanted to stay in than we could online. For a private personalised tour his prices are very reasonable. Over the 3 days we did Canoe Safaris, walking Safaris and Jeep Safaris. We highly recommend all the activities, we particularly liked the Canoe Safari, but saw animals during all the activities. We saw Rhinos, both types of Crocodiles, 3 types of dear, wild boar, 2 types of monkeys, an unbelievable array of colourful birds, and even a leopard! We did an afternoon of private jeep Safari with Kisan which was a real highlight and definitely worth doing instead of joining a group jeep Safari - these are crowded, people are noisy, and your views can be obstructed. Doing a private jeep safari was so much fun! I don’t usually write reviews, especially not long ones, but I think we got so lucky choosing this tour company that I must share my experience. Kisan worked for over 10 years as nature guide in Chitwan before stating this business on his own. I highly encourage you to support his upcoming business and get one of the best Safari experiences around Chitwan at the same time! A few final points: Kisan went the extra mile in so many ways. He organised a lovely fresh cake for my partner’s birthday, which we cut in jungle! He is friendly, kind and happy to share his knowledge, but he was not overbearing and still gave us our space. He was constantly aware of our surroundings, keeping us safe in the jungle and ensuring we saw all the wildlife! Thanks Kisan! 🙏

I had a few awesome days in Sauraha & Chitwan NP with Kisan. He is a great guide, knows a lot about the animals and plants in the NP and was fun to talk to. I did the canoe & short walk, the jeep safari and a bike tour through the villages and to the bufferzone with him. The tours are fairly priced and very well organized. He came to the bus station to say hi and also gave me a lift back, which i highly appreciated. I can recommend him 100%.

Kishan ist ein superlieber Mensch und organisiert großartige Touren, von Jeepsafari über Canoeing bis Villagetour ist alles dabei! Man kann sich auch günstig ein Rad ausborgen und den Ort selbst erkunden, allerdings empfehle ich die Tour mit Kishan zu machen, um bessere Eindrücke sammeln zu können. Er spricht fließend Nepali, Deutsch und Englisch und weiß unglaublich viel über die Kultur in Chitwan, sowie über die Tiere und Pflanzen im Nationalpark.
